What will the temperature be maintained at in the building?

The building will be kept at a temperature between 50 to 78 degrees (F).

What kind of security do you have?

There are 24/7 surveillance cameras covering the interior and exterior of the building and individual electronic keypad access for all customers.

Do you offer prorated rates?

We only offer prorated rates if you pay for the next month in addition to the prorated month. We do not offer prorated rates for one month.

What are your lease terms?

We offer a month to month lease that renews each month if a move out notice is not given. Rent payments are due on the 1st day of each month.

What are the payment terms?

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Payable by check, money order, and most major credit cards. Cash payments can be setup if desired.
